Only if you registered before updates to the website on 2/13/26 and need to upload vaccination records and pay please do so below
Send a copy of your dogs vaccination records
Current rabies vaccination, administered by a licensed veterinarian is required. Check with your vet about other recommended vaccinations for dogs in contact with other dogs. You may upload most common file types, including .jpeg and .pdf.
